At Naturals 77, we take pride in the quality and freshness of our Sea Moss Gels. Because our products are fruit-infused and made to order, we follow a specific shipping schedule to ensure your gel arrives fresh and ready to use.
1. Processing Times
Hand-Crafted to Order: We do not keep pre-made stock Sea Moss. We do keep all non-perishable items in stock.
Please allow 2–4 business days for your Sea Moss Gel to be prepared, infused, and chilled before it is shipped.
Shipping Days: To avoid your order sitting in a shipping facility over the weekend, we typically ship Monday through Wednesday. Orders placed after Wednesday at 12:00 PM will likely ship the following Monday.
2. Shipping Methods & Speed
Priority Shipping Only: Due to the perishable nature of sea moss, we use expedited shipping methods (typically 1–3 days).
Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order has been hand-poured and labeled.
3. Temperature Control
Insulated Packaging: Your 16oz jar is shipped in insulated packaging with cold packs to maintain freshness during transit.
Immediate Refrigeration: Sea Moss Gel may arrive at room temperature or warm to the touch. This is normal. Please place your jar in the refrigerator for at least 5 hours before opening to allow it to return to the proper consistency.
4. Shipping Rates
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location. We offer flat-rate or weight-based shipping to ensure your product gets to you as fast as possible for the best value.
5. Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address. Because our product is perishable, we cannot be responsible for orders that are undeliverable or delayed due to incorrect addresses.
6. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your jar arrives broken or damaged, please take a photo, video and contact us at orders@naturals77.com within 24 hours of delivery. We will gladly send a replacement or issue a store credit.
