At Naturals 77, we hand-prepare our mineral-rich formulas in small batches to ensure you receive the highest potency. Because our products are "Rooted in Minerals" and often made-to-order, please review our shipping guidelines below.

1. Processing Times

Standard Orders: Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be hand-packed and processed before it is handed to the carrier.

Made-to-Order Items: High-freshness items like our custom Sea Moss Fusions may require the full 5-day window to ensure they are prepared right before shipment.

Holidays & Launches: During high-volume periods (New "Mineral Silk" drops or Holiday sales), processing may take up to 7 business days.

2. Shipping Rates & Methods

Calculated Shipping: Shipping charges are calculated based on weight and destination and will be displayed at checkout.

Carrier Partners: We primarily ship via USPS and UPS to ensure reliable tracking.

3. Special Handling for Perishables
Note on Sea Moss Gels: To maintain the "92 Mineral" integrity, all Sea Moss Gels are shipped with insulated packaging and cold packs.

We only ship Gels on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays to prevent your order from sitting in a shipping warehouse over the weekend.

Action Required: Please refrigerate your Sea Moss Gel immediately upon arrival.

4. Tracking Your Glow
Once your order is scanned by the carrier, you will receive an automated email with your tracking number.

Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier's website.

Naturals 77 is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier (weather, volume, etc.), but we will do our best to help you locate a delayed package.

5. Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout!

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the re-shipping fees.

We cannot redirect a package once it has left our studio.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking says "Delivered" but you haven't received your package:

If you suspect theft, please file a report with the carrier. Naturals 77 is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered.
