Perishable Goods & Shipping Liability

All Sea Moss Gel products are highly perishable. While we take every precaution to ensure your order arrives fresh, Naturals 77 is not responsible for products that spoil due to:

  • Customer failure to retrieve the package immediately upon delivery.

  • Packages left in high-heat environments (porches, mailboxes, etc.).

  • Delays caused by the shipping carrier once the item has left our facility.


2. Product Consistency

As our products are made with natural, wildcrafted ingredients, variations in color, texture, and taste are normal and do not constitute a "defective" product. Store credit will not be issued for natural variations in organic material.


3. Health & Medical Disclaimer

The information provided by Naturals 77 and our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Always consult with a healthcare professional before adding new supplements to your diet. Claims regarding mineral content (92+ minerals) are based on general sea moss data and have not been evaluated by the FDA.


4. Finality of Terms

By completing your purchase, you agree to this Store Credit Only policy. Naturals 77 reserves the right to refuse store credit if we determine, at our sole discretion, that the policy is being abused (e.g., repeated claims or fraudulent activity).

Refund Policy - the basics

At Naturals 77, we take great pride in the quality and freshness of our wildcrafted sea moss products. Due to the nature of our products being perishable and for sanitary reasons, we do not offer refunds.

Store Credit Only.

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we are happy to offer store credit within 3 days of your delivery date. This credit can be used toward any item in our shop and never expires.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We want your experience to be perfect. If your order arrives damaged during shipping or if you received the wrong item:

  1. Please take a photo of the product and the packaging.

  2. Email us at orders@naturals77.com within 24 hours of delivery.

  3. Once verified, we will issue a replacement or store credit immediately.

 

Eligibility for Credit

  • Items must be reported within 3 days of from delivery date..

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your store credit amount.

 

How to Start a Claim

Simply contact our support team at orders@naturals77.com with your order number. We aim to process all store credit requests within 3–5 business days.
