1. Processing Times

• Hand-Crafted to Order: We do not keep pre-made stock Sea Moss. We do keep all non-perishable items in stock.

• Please allow 2–4 business days for your Sea Moss Gel to be prepared, infused, and chilled before it is shipped.

• Shipping Days: To avoid your order sitting in a shipping facility over the weekend, we typically ship Monday through Wednesday. Orders placed after Wednesday at 12:00 PM will likely ship the following Monday.

2. Shipping Methods & Speed

• Priority Shipping Only: Due to the perishable nature of sea moss, we use expedited shipping methods (typically 1–3 days).

• Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order has been hand-poured and labeled.

3. Temperature Control

• Insulated Packaging: Your 16oz jar is shipped in insulated packaging with cold packs to maintain freshness during transit.

• Immediate Refrigeration: Sea Moss Gel may arrive at room temperature or warm to the touch. This is normal. Please place your jar in the refrigerator for at least 5 hours before opening to allow it to return to the proper consistency.

4. Shipping Rates

• Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location. We offer flat-rate or weight-based shipping to ensure your product gets to you as fast as possible for the best value.

5. Address Accuracy

• Please double-check your shipping address. Because our product is perishable, we cannot be responsible for orders that are undeliverable or delayed due to incorrect addresses.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

• If your jar arrives broken or damaged, please take a photo, video and contact us at orders@naturals77.com within 24 hours of delivery. We will gladly send a replacement or issue a store credit.
